Solid-phase synthesis

Every peptide is produced via SPPS in cGMP-aligned facilities using high-purity Fmoc chemistry. Sequence fidelity is confirmed before release — never assumed. Identity verified by tandem mass spectrometry.

02 · Purity

Verified to ≥99%

Independent reversed-phase HPLC analysis is performed on every production lot. We publish full Certificates of Analysis documenting purity, water content, peptide content and residual solvents.

03 · Performance

Compounds are vacuum-sealed under inert atmosphere and dispatched under temperature-controlled conditions. Each vial is traceable to its synthesis run via lot-coded chain of custody.

The 28-day rule — and the science behind it.

Once a lyophilised peptide is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and held at 2–8 °C, its usable life is bounded by two independent factors: preservative decay and molecular degradation. Both converge at approximately twenty-eight days.

This is the beyond-use date established under USP Chapter <797>, the United States Pharmacopeia’s compounding standard governing multi-dose sterile preparations containing a preservative. Bacteriostatic water’s 0.9% benzyl alcohol reliably inhibits microbial growth to that point; beyond it, the vial is no longer considered protected.

Four degradation pathways

  1. Hydrolysis

    Aqueous exposure progressively cleaves peptide bonds. Rate is temperature-dependent, but not zero at 2–8 °C.

  2. Oxidation

    Methionine, cysteine and tryptophan residues are particularly vulnerable to oxidative damage.

  3. Deamidation & Aggregation

    Asparagine and glutamine residues deamidate over time; monomeric peptide is lost to aggregation.

  4. Microbial Ingress

    Benzyl alcohol preservative efficacy declines after 28 days. Multi-dose vials past this window are no longer aseptic.
